Kashi is on a mission to rid the world of bad snacks. They are traveling around on their Snack Drive and allowing people to trade in their bad snacks for a nutritious alternative. For those of us who cannot make it out to their Snack Drive locations, they have a wonderful online Snack Drive. This is a great thing to do with your kids. The Kashi website shows pictures of 15 different snacking options. When you click on the one you would like to virtually turn in Kashi gives you a specific recommendation of a nutritious alternatvie. For example, I turned in chocolate bars and Kashi recommended their Oatmeal Chocolate Cookie. Kashi will then send a sample of the snack to you in the mail. To participate or for more information, please visit the Kashi website.

What a great mission! I look forward to checking out the site with my kids (and to getting the free snack!).
What a wonderful program.
