I first found Blue Sky Yoga Center when I decided to try Belly Dance for the first time. The class and staff matched the studio’s sublime atmosphere. Every time I entered the studio, it was quiet but for the faint meditation music in the background with the light scent of incense in the air. The instructors were always laid back and happy to help attendees perfect a move. The Belly Dance class was fun and great exercise; it also boosted my confidence to learn the mystique art.
Later, I enjoyed the center’s Pre-natal Yoga class. I have recommended Pre-natal Yoga to several friends. The classes were soothing both physically and mentally. I looked forward to that relaxed retreat each week. The techniques that were taught helped tremendously throughout my pregnancy and while in labor. In fact, I still use one of the breathing exercises on a daily basis. The instructor gave each of us a CD to play for our unborn babies. We also received handouts, emails, calls and support, which I have not found often from other types classes I have taken throughout my life.
In addition to various Yoga classes, Zumba, Tai Chi and Belly dance, the center offers massage, healing and other services. Blue Sky also hosts a variety of workshops and special events. Be sure to visit their site to check out the different yoga classes and therapies that are offered. Also, send them an email so you can be added to their mailing list. These email newsletters often contain upcoming special events that do not yet appear on the website.

Thanks for sharing. This looks like a wonderful place!
I also did prenatal yoga there with my first pregnancy. and the instructor, Nicole Owen, was absolutely amazing. Their location has changed since then, putting them closer to Orange City. While I’m not sure that I care for the new location, I do like the instructors. Charlotte does a great job with Basic Yoga, for those interested in giving it a go.
