International Midwives Day is actually on May 5th, but the Heart 2 Heart Birth Center will be celebrating on May 3rd to get media coverage out to the birth center. Their local Chamber of Commerce will be out at 11:00am for an official ribbon cutting ceremony. There will be tours of the birth center, and a viewing of The Business of Being Born begining at 1:00 for any one who wishes to join in on the festivities. Snacks and refreshments will be served. Come out and join us, and show your support to local midwives. The birth center is located at 1301 South Park Avenue, Sanford, FL 32771
