Gretchen Goel 35 year old work-at-home mom to two girls ages 2 and 5. She is a Certified Health Educator and Wellness Coach. Aside from parenting she enjoys practicing Ashtanga Yoga, experimenting with Vegan cooking, Juicing, and Sprouting. She also teaches a class called "Super Plant Eaters Club" at Misty Forest Academy in downtown Orlando.
